PAINT CORRECTION
Quote Per Job
Paint correction is a deep restoration process for your vehicle’s paint. Over time, paint collects swirl marks, light scratches, water spots, oxidation, and other blemishes that make it look dull or faded. Paint correction carefully removes these flaws from the clear coat (the protective top layer of your paint), rather than just covering them up.
This process is done using professional polishing machines, pads, and compounds. By gently leveling out the clear coat, the surface becomes smooth and free of most visible imperfections. Depending on the condition of the vehicle, paint correction can be a single step for light defects, or multiple steps for heavier damage.
The result is a dramatic transformation: a glossy, mirror-like finish that looks refreshed and new. Paint correction not only improves appearance, it also prepares your car’s surface for added protection such as wax, sealant, or ceramic coating—helping your paint stay beautiful for years.
1-Step vs. 2-Step Paint Correction
1-Step Paint Correction
-
A single polishing stage.
-
Uses a medium polish that lightly cuts into the clear coat while also refining it.
-
Removes light swirl marks, light oxidation, and haze.
-
Great for newer cars or paint in fairly good condition.

Result: noticeable improvement in gloss and clarity, though some deeper scratches may remain.
2-Step Paint Correction
-
A more intensive process with two polishing stages.
-
Step 1: a stronger “cutting compound” is used to remove deeper swirls, scratches, and oxidation.
-
Step 2: a finer polish is applied to refine the finish, restoring depth and shine.
-
Ideal for vehicles with moderate to heavy paint defects.
